HOW TO ORDER
To Order online:
Simply click on "ADD TO CART" button, and that will take you to our web-based ordering system. It's quick, easy and safe our web site is secure and no one else will be able to access your confidential information. After you place your on-line order, we will send order confirmation to your e-mail address so that you know we've received your order
Minimum or Sample Order:
We do have a minimum dollar amount $40.00 on our stock orders but we do not offer sample orders.
Using Saved Point:
Everytime you order we give you up to 3 % of the total
amount you ordered, which builds up as a credit that
can be used on your next purchase when it is over $50.00.
If you have a valid discount code/coupon provided by our company for special promotion or invitation, enter the code for special discount when you place an order online. We usually send discount coupons to some of our registered customers on the first week of the month.
Catalogs:
We do not offer any printed catalogs because of prompt changes of inventories.
SHIPPING INFO
Shipping Charges:
You will see the shipping charge(UPS Ground) based on order amount before checkout when ordering online. Over $400 worth of order will not charge shipping cost.(Domestic Only)
For out of country, internationally (mostly Australia, UK, Canada,New Zealand, Gernany, Taiwan and more) we manually calculate the shipping cost. And the shipping cost you see while you shop is for US shipping only.
If you(International customer) use the USPS(US Post Office) for the shipping you can see the shipping cost on the label to let you know that the calculation was not mistaken.
Fedex for shipping carrier will not accepted with our company.
When will my order be shipped?
annasjewel.com is fast! Usually all orders are shipped on the same day or the next business day. Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday will be shipped on the following business day. International orders also will be shipped as soon as the orders are confirmed completely.

RETURN POLICY
Returning Merchandise:
If you find some defective items in your package, you may return any items within 7days for a refund with your own shipping fee. Returns are accepted with our authorization only within 7days from the shpping date. To receive an authorization number, please send email to admin@hnctrading.com within 7 days from shpping date. Refused, unclaimed, undeliverable orders or merchandise returned due to customers' error are subject to 10% restocking fee in addition to all freight charges.
Refunds/Store Credit:
Authorized returns will be refunded a full amount of merchandise to your original account as soon as we get the returns from you. If you prefer to have a store credit, it will be applied to your next order.

Sizes:
We carry all sizes for rings, but the sizes can be various due to differences of each manufacturers' standards.
Special Packages:
When we have special deal items, they will list them under the Spcial Packages section. You will absolutely not find these items at better prices.
New Items:
Usually, our new merchandise arrive on every single day . To save your time, you can review new items only at New Arrivals of item categories.
Back Orders:
In our system, only in-stock items should be checked out.
If back orders occur due to the system error or miscount of inventory, it will be eliminated on your order.
